Niederhäuser Hermannshöle Riesling Spätlese 2015

This Riesling, from an iconic German producer, is notable for its citrus and tropical aromas.  Sweet on entry to the palate and very refreshing thanks to its lively acidity.  Despite its youth, this is an impeccable wine and we can only imagine the complexity and grandeur it will acquire in a few years’ time.
