Château Climens 2010

This is one of the most famous wines from the tiny Barsac Sauternes appellation and was the first 1er Cru to obtain biodynamic certification (Ecocert). It is rich, aromatic and intense with lashing of honey and orange blossom. It is not at all cloying on the palate, thanks to the acidity created by the Botrytis.
